*******FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO WATCH A VIDEO GUIDE RATHER THAN FOLLOW A TEXT GUIDE***********

::VIDEO LINK::

—(TEXT GUIDE)—

GO TO ”File Explorer”

OPEN ”Windows (C:)”

OPEN ”Program Files (x86)”

OPEN ”Steam”

OPEN ”steamapps”

OPEN ”common”

OPEN ”Alice Madness Returns”

OPEN ;;AliceGame”

OPEN ”Config”

Open ”DefaultEngine.ini” (Open Using NotePad)

*SCROLL ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM*

Now you going to want to edit some text

FIND ”GIsSpecialPCEdition=FLASE”

EDIT IT TO SAY ”GIsSpecialPCEdition=TRUE”

*SCROLL UP A LITTLE BIT*

FIND ”[SystemSettingsEditor]

ResX=1080

ResY=720”

*CHANGE TO RESOLUTION OF YOUR MONITOR*

there is two lines of text that pertain to the resolution found in this txt document, The other line of text is higher up in the document and you are going to have to edit that as-well but we will get the that later in the guide.

*RIGHT ABOVE THAT YOU WILL SEE*

”AmbientOcclusion=False”

EDIT TO SAY ”AmbientOcclusion=True” (DONT MAKE ALL CAPS OR IT WONT WORK!!!)

*SCROLL UP A LITTLE BIT*

FIND ”[SystemSettings]

UseVsync=True

ResX=1080

ResY=720

MotionBlur=True”

Change the resolution once again. Also if you want to you can disable MotionBlur or Vsync by typing ”Flase” instead of ”True”

*RIGHT ABOVE THAT YOU WILL SEE*

[UnrealEd.UnrealEdEngine]

bSmoothFrameRate=TRUE

MinSmoothedFrameRate=21.000000

MaxSmoothedFrameRate=33.000000

this is were you are going to change the frame-rate. You are going to want to change the 21 and the 33 both to 60. This will enable the game to run at 60fps, (NOTE: IF YOUR MONITOR CAN GO HIGHER THAN 60FPS THEN BY ALL MEANS GO TO WHATEVER THE MAX FRAME-RATE IS)

(ALSO NOTE: There is two lines of text that pertain to frame-rate just like the resolution so you are going to have to change both of those. We ill get to it later in the guide so dont worry.

(If you put it to 60fps then it should look like this)

[UnrealEd.UnrealEdEngine]

bSmoothFrameRate=TRUE

MinSmoothedFrameRate=60.000000

MaxSmoothedFrameRate=60.000000

*SCROLL UP NEAR THE TOP*

(IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS)

[Engine.Engine]

GameEngine=AliceGame.AliceGameEngine
