It has been reported that the forthcoming movie will open in theatres in May 2024. The whole length of the anime will consist of four acts.

Here is what we know so far
Two new faces appear in the Code Geass: Roze of the Recapture trailer. This features Makoto Furukawa as Ashe and Kohei Amasaki in the lead roles of Rozé, the titular character in the movie Rozé of the Recapture.
The new animation, which is being directed by Yoshimitsu Ohashi, will have its first of four parts premiere in Japanese theatres in May 2024.
The characters are being designed by Takahiro Kimura and Shuichi Shimamura, drawing inspiration from CLAMP‘s original designs, while Noboru Kimura is penning the texts.
Kenji Kawai is writing the series’ soundtrack, while Junichi Akutsu will be making a comeback to design the Knightmare frames.
The color design is the responsibility of Ami Kutsuna and Yuichi Kuboki, while the art director is Kazuhiro Obata.
