About Detective School Q (aka Tantei Gakuen Q)
The story starts in a middle school classroom. When the guidance counselor contacted our main character Kyu, he proclaimed his desire to become a detective.
He passed the admission exam to the Dan Detective School, which attracts gifted individuals from throughout the nation. He cleared the challenging admission test for the so-called “Q class“ (Q = qualified).
It receives one-on-one instruction from the illustrious and well-known investigator Dan Morihiko, the school’s founder and headmaster.
There he met Narusawa Kazuma (Kazuma), a brilliant programmer, Amakusa Ryu (Ryu), a peculiar student at Tokyo University, and Minami Megumi (Meg), who had a photographic memory.
Touyama Kintarou (Kinta) was the descendant of “Kin-san” from Touyama. As they approach graduation, the five of them compete with one another while also working together.
