An overzealous MC in a magic school is the subject of the anime “Irregular at Magic High School.” The show’s controversial sibling relationship was the main reason for its downturn, despite its enormous promise.
A follow-up to the anime series The Irregular at Magic High School was unveiled in December 2021; it is presently scheduled to debut in 2024.
Aniplex released a promotional video with further information, revealing that Lisa will sing the opening theme song from the sequel.
The “Rising Hope” opening theme music was previously given by LiSA for the 2014 anime adaptation of The Irregular at Magic High School.
It makes sense that the unveiling of LiSA’s new theme would come exactly ten years after the first announcement, which was made on January 3, 2014.
Additionally, the video hints at fresh information that will be revealed on Thursday.
Lisa’s “Rising Hope” is playing in the background while the new promotional video reintroduces all of the key characters, including Tatsuya and Miyuki.
In the video, the goals of all the characters are disclosed, and Tatsuya discusses his goal, which is to keep his sister safe.
Saori Hayami as Miyuki Shiba, Yūichi Nakamura as Tatsuya Shiba, and Kiyono Yasuno as Minami Sakurai will all make a comeback for fans.
Jimmy Stone, the accomplished animation director from past series, will also be rejoining the crew behind the animation. Studio 8-bit will return to animate the 3rd season.
Lisa’s song is what most fans are giddy about, not the new promo video. One of the most thrilling starts in recent years, the music is great.
The 2nd season‘s finale revealed Tatsuya’s enormous growth. It will be fascinating to observe how the upcoming season of the anime changes.
In the meantime, stay tuned for further updates.
