A lot of isekai dramas feature dark plots or are outright power fantasies. Thankfully, Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf! proves otherwise!
In 2017, Ms. Elf debuted as a book series on the well-known Shosetsuka ni Naro platform. Then, in 2018, Hobby Japan decided to take it up as a light novel series. The same year, a manga adaptation was also released.
The story unfolds with sleeping being Kazuhiro Kitase‘s primary pastime. He would travel to a place inside his dreams and have thrilling experiences ever since he was a small child.
He later made the acquaintance of a female elf as he got older, and a Dragon’s mark has now brought the two together! One day, when he awakens, he sees someone he knows sleeping next to him—the elf girl from his dreams!
