Every year, two voting rounds are held in Tokyo, Japan, to determine which anime series is the greatest of the year.
On January 17, 2024, a panel of anime industry experts will nominate six entries/anime series from the year 2023 for the first round.
Voting for their favorite anime series will conclude on January 27, 2024, thus fans will need to cast their choices within 10 days.
Following the second round of voting, the judges would review the results. Judges will determine which anime series attracted the most votes from fans to select the winner of the Crunchyroll Anime of the Year 2023.
On March 2, 2024, the overall winner will then be revealed during the event, which will be televised live for fans worldwide.
To tally and collect the votes to choose the winner, Crunchyroll has revealed that they would collaborate with Telescope in the upcoming year.
Sally Amaki and Jon Kabira will be the two guests at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2024.
