Universal Studios is about to welcome back the well-liked Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc Extended Reality experience to its Japanese theme park.

Fans may ride the Mugen Train, which was featured in the second season of the Demon Slayer anime and the 2020 Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train, on the Extended Reality ride, which first debuted in September 2021. From 1st February 2024 to 6th June 2024, the ride is scheduled to return to the park.

Characters such as Akaza, Enmu, Kyôjurô Rengoku, Inosuke Hashibira, Zenitsu Agatsuma, Nezuko Kamado, and Tanjirô Kamado are among those that fans might encounter throughout the ride, which simulates a 360-degree virtual reality film.

The ride was a huge hit when it made its 2021 premiere at Universal Studio Japan. However, considering the Demon Slayer exhibitions were only temporary, it had to close in early 2022.

On the official website, a list of guidelines for the ride has also been made available. It says that the following issues should prevent a person from riding the ride:

  • A person recently underwent surgery
  • A person with noise sensitivity
  • Person having claustrophobia
  • Person having epilepsy
  • A person has a fear of heights
  • People who suffer from motion sickness
  • Pregnant women
  • People having injuries to the spine, hip, neck, or back
  • A person having abnormal blood pressure
  • A person having any kind of heart disease

However, with assistance from the personnel, people with impairments and those using wheelchairs, prosthetic limbs, or other medical devices can enjoy the journey.
