There is some exciting news for the fans as there is a new way for the fans to engage with the ‘Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun’ series.

On Wednesday, the 52nd edition of Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine from Akita Publishing revealed some exciting news. It revealed that Osamu Nishi would debut the Kalego spinoff manga of the Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun series on December 7 in the first issue of 2024.

“Mairimashita! Iruma-kun: Kalego Gaiden” (Kalego Side Story) is the title of the spinoff, which will include five chapters.

About ‘Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun’

We can get the idea from the title of the spinoff Manga that it will feature the teacher of Iruma, Naberius Kalego. Given that the narrative explores Kalego’s experiences as a student, it seems fascinating. After hearing a helpless opera as a young student, he decides to look into the public order of evil of the demon school.

Osamu Nishi has already dealt with a Kalego offshoot. There was a two-chapter spinoff manga published in 2020.

In March 2017, Osamu Nishi released the manga Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun in Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine of Akita Shoten. As of right now, there are fifteen tankōbon volumes in the manga.

In the original tale, a 14-year-old boy named Iruma Suzuki is sold as a soul to a demon named Lord Sullivan as a result of his parents’ greedy behavior. He is sold to a demon, nevertheless, who sends Iruma Suzuki to demon school because he has no grandchildren of his own.

Lord Sullivan conceals his actual identity as a human in order to have him act as his grandson in the demon world. This turns out to be difficult as Iruma faces obstacles and experiences in the world of demons.
